About me
My journey in design began with a focus on the world of sound, earning a background in industrial design with a specialization in auditory products. This instilled in me a deep respect for both user needs and business goals – a balance I carry forward into everything I create.
But the world of UX design truly captured my imagination. There's a magic in the ideation and testing phases, where ideas take shape through wireframing and prototyping. Witnessing users interact with these early creations, their feedback sparking new possibilities – that's where the thrill lies.
My ideal future unfolds within a company that shares my values: a culture of constant learning, sustainability, and openness. While I'm eager to explore all facets of UX and UI design, I'm particularly drawn to expanding my knowledge of visual design and the innovative world of (synesthetic) user experience design.
Collaboration is the cornerstone of my approach. Diverse perspectives, fresh eyes – that exchange of ideas fuels innovation. I value teamwork, believing that a blend of skills and viewpoints fosters truly user-centered products.
But design isn't my only passion. When I'm not crafting pixels, you might find me dancing the Blues or the Swing across continents. In fact, I used to be a Swing dance instructor and have volunteered my design skills for the local Swing Dance club, creating logos, flyers, and even wallpapers.
So, here I am: a UX designer with a methodical approach, a thirst for knowledge, and a love for all things that move – both on screen and on the dance floor. Let's create something amazing together!
